Lucas worldwide Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

In case of cancellation of an agreed services or orders placed with Lucas worldwide the full amount is forfeited and no money is refunded back.

  • If the client fails to pay any balance amount owed to Lucas worldwide agreed as per timelines discussed even after 2 to 3 payment reminders, Lucas worldwide would stop the services being rendered to the client irrespective of the stage of the process and whatever paid amount will be retained.

  • Ownership lies with the customer/applicant to provide relevant documentations required during any/all stages of visa processing including assessment, if in any case client fails to provide the documents required to support his visa application Lucas worldwide would not refund the Visa guidance fee/consulting fee paid.

  • The client clearly accepts that he has been apprised of the usual waiting duration/average processing time, as appropriate to his visa process, and further that such waiting duration/usual processing time solely depends on the convenience of processing visa office/appraisal body. The client also fully agrees and realizes that he will never have any claims whatsoever on any sort of refund of the charges made on or off-site, on the ground of the extended petition processing time periods.

  • No refund will be given if in case the applicant is unable to proceed further due to personal circumstance's including but not limited to character change and change medical conditions of self or any other family member.

  • If the Registered client or migrating family member fails to meet the required English language test level requirements before processing their visa application or skills & Educational assessment refund of visa guidance fee/consulting fee is not applicable.

  • No Refund would be given if in case client or migrating family member fails to procure relevant English language test points suggested by Lucas worldwide, if in case there are any changes in Immigration rules,changes in the applicants age,post skills/educational assessment by relevant bodies or any other circumstances which may differ from the initial assessment report shared by Lucas worldwide.

  • Visa application fees and other visa related expenses which are payable by the client are subject to change by the relevant Immigration authority while his/her application is under processing or about to processed or yet to be submitted. Notification will be sent to the client if any such changes occur. No refund can be claimed by the applicant/client based stating that fee's have changed and he/she cannot afford the same any longer.

  • Lucas worldwide cannot be held responsible to refund visa application fees or visa related expenses such as courier/English language tests and any other expenses incurred during the process. If in case the relevant immigration authorities provide a refund option we will assist in getting the refund back.

  • Lucas worldwide has no control over the time taken to process the application once it has been received by the governing body and so cannot be held responsible for time taken for them to decide on your application and we will not be able to guarantee their final decisions on your visa application.

  • No Refund on Negative skill assessment/ Educational assessment/Visa Refusal irrespective of the reason which may not be limited to negative verification from Employer or for any false or misleading document/information provided by the client/applicant.

  • No refund request would be entertained  in case of withdrawing the application/process, due to any reason after releasing the required checklist/formats and sharing other relevant information on the visa process which has been parted to the applicant/client based on our experience.

  • In case of Australia and Canada no Refunds would be processed if in case the decision on your application is delayed post submission of your application & during/after the EOI / Express entry waiting period. As EOI & Express entry applications are submitted and accepted by the relevant immigration authorities only  post the applicant has qualified for the respective countries immigration rules.

  • If the applicant intends to re-lodge his visa application for Australia or Canada for the second time post the EOI/Express entry application validity, his/her profile would be treated as fresh application and reassessment of the application would be done to review the eligibility, Visa guidance fee/consulting fee would be applicable as quoted by Lucas worldwide, earlier paid visa guidance fee /consulting fee would not be refunded or adjusted.

  • If the applicant intends to re-lodge his visa application/assessment (professional or education) for Australia, Canada or any other country for the second time post earlier refusal, his/her profile would be treated as fresh application and reassessment of the application would be done to review the eligibility, Visa guidance  fee/consulting fee would be applicable as quoted by Lucas worldwide.earlier paid visa guidance fee /consulting fee would not be refunded or adjusted.

  • Lucas worldwide would not refund any money paid if in case your application has been refused on the grounds of false documentation & insufficient documentation, Lucas worldwide would retain 100% of Visa guidance fee/consulting fee paid.

  • Refund of Visa guidance fee /Consulting fee  is not applicable if the relevant Immigration office rejects the application due to medical condition of the applicant or any migrating family member.

  • Refund of Visa guidance fee/Consulting fee is not applicable if the relevant Immigration office rejects the application due to any criminal background of the applicant or any migrating family member.

  • Refund of Visa guidance fee/Consulting fee would not be given during any stage of process if in case an applicant is rendered ineligible or no longer suitable to apply for that particular country of interest due revision of Immigration Rules or revision of rules set by Skills /Education assessment authority.

  • Applicant or migrating family member cannot claim any refund of Visa guidance fees paid if in case the Educational/Skills assessment outcome is negative or if the Education/skills assessment body reduces points as claimed for education or employment.

  • If in any circumstances the skills assessment/work experience/ or immigration office refuses the application on any grounds /reason which is not in control of Lucas worldwide, we will re-evaluate the applicant’s profile and see if his skills are suitable for any other country, however we will deem it as fresh processing and additional Visa guidance fee/consulting fee would be applicable for that country, earlier paid Visa guidance fee/Consulting fee cannot be adjusted to the new process and would be retained without any refund.

  • Client or applicant would solely be responsible to bear Visa application fees, qualification or professional assessment fees to be paid to the nominated body and fees such as English language certification fees, notarisation, and documents related charges or any other visa related charges which may or not may not differ from the initial given approximate costing. 

  • Lucas worldwide will not be held responsible for travelling expenses and any other expenses incurred during the application process by the applicant/client and any such expenses which are related to visa application process.

  • Lucas worldwide offers Job Assistance program for clients who are interested in not processing their PR visa and would like to go for work permits, however please note that Lucas worldwide does not promise or guarantee any Job or promised any Job placement  for any country of choice.

  • Job assistance Program is purely a non-job Oriented service wherein we will work on your resume and circulate your profile by available means, Lucas worldwide cannot be held responsible for applicant not getting Interview calls and if he gets Interview calls clearing the interview rounds would be the sole responsibility of the applicant, No refund can be claimed in reference to Job assistance program citing reasons that client/applicant did not procure/get a job or did not get any Interview calls.

  • The client/applicant clearly accepts that he/she has been apprised of the usual waiting duration/average processing time, as appropriate to the  visa he/she is applying or applied for, and further that such waiting duration/usual processing time solely depends on the convenience of processing visa office/appraisal body. The client also fully agrees and realizes that he/she will never lay a claim / seek refund of the visa guidance fee/consulting fee charges to paid to Lucas worldwide on the ground that visa processing has been extended from the average processing time.
